Tim Allen - Dealer Principal/Buyer

Tim has spent his entire life buying, selling, and repairing vehicles. His father was a diesel mechanic at Super-Valu in Fort Wayne. Tim spent endless hours watching his dad and father-in-law working on cars, trucks, SUV’s, and motorcycles. His first jobs were detailing cars for local car dealers. While car dealing is a passion of Tim’s, it is not his only. He also enjoys operating his chain of local restaurants (Big Eyed Fish).

Tim and his wife Tina have three sons, Justin, Josh, & Jordan. Tim & Tina also have a Golden-Doodle named Stella that is part of the family too. When they are not selling fish or cars, you can find Tim & Tina attending an event that one of their eight grandchildren are involved in.

Tim & Tina also head the JWA Foundation. The foundation raises money to provide scholarships for local youth. The JWA Foundation memorializes the life of the late son, Jordan Allen.

I grew up in the car business. My father taught me at an early age how to detail cars. I spent many summers from early childhood through college detailing automobiles. I was introduced to many “Old Car Guys” as I grew older. Many of the old timers taught me how to be honest and how to be a true “Car Guy”. My father and I started Three Rivers Automotive in 2001. I have served as a purchaser for franchise dealers including Chevrolet, GMC, Buick and Ford.

Mandy and I have four children one girl and three boys. Our family loves sports especially watching our children play or compete in cheerleading, football, baseball and my favorite basketball. I have coached baseball and basketball for over ten years. We are an Indiana University family both Mandy and I have degrees from IU.

I started my career in the automotive industry in 2008 as a wash/detailer for Justin at Three Rivers Automotive Service. Detailing is an art and has always fascinated me to see the transformation of a dirty vehicle to a showroom quality vehicle! Since then, I have grown and worked my way up into sales!

I am a devoted family man! I have been with my beautiful wife Kelsie for 14 years! Together we have our beautiful daughter Chloe and our houseful of animals!

I enjoy sports, producing music, and the outdoors!

I am an energetic soul who loves to talk! I am passionate about helping you find your next vehicle!
